One from my Quora postbag…
I’m going to have to give a “round the houses” reply to this, as there are no natural remedies for tinnitus. However, I do have a little faith in N Acetyl Cysteine for its (limited) otoprotective evidence, and antioxidants in general. These may help prevent further inner ear damage and help guard against future worsening of the underlying causes of some tinnitus cases.

In terms of helping the tinnitus you have today, although you cannot directly supplement for it, anything that helps you relax and unwind will likely have a knock on effect. So, if CBD oil or something similar were to help you get a better nights sleep and relieve your tension, then you may well find your tinnitus is less intrusive.
Big caveats all around, and I caution anyone spending money here: try it. If it doesn’t have a noticeable effect please stop spending your money on it! Above all, please consider the growing evidence base that says mindfulness, quality information, cognitive behavioural therapy can improve your perceptions of tinnitus and tinnitus distress. These are completely natural remedies, albeit not in tablet form.
